Deeper wholeness

There are 2 kinds of darkness: the negativity and, the scariest, the depth of your suppressed desires.

The ones you’ve learned to shy away from, the “bad” ones that will bring pain and suffering, the desires that shamed you.

Those are the ones that are trapped, deep within.

They are often linked to sensuality, sexuality.

They are who you are in the dark of the night.

Linked to the way you use your body.

Do you dare being sexy? Do you dare to be desirable? Sensual? And let it show through the way you walk, the way you dance?

Do you dare to enjoy the food you’re having, savoring every bite, letting it caress your tongue, filling up your mouth with flavor, while a warmth is growing in your belly?

Do you dare to have a glass of wine, one that you really, really love, and feel the sumptuous liquid, the veltvety texture slowly getting down your throat, as it fondles your senses?

When you shut the door to the world, and concentrate on the pleasure you are living in this moment…
When your senses are so full and your body answers, knowing exactly how to be…
You become a prayer.

You become whole.

There is no room for doubts, blame nor judgment.

There is only the complete silence, the receptivity, the welcoming of the pleasure of your senses.

And this is why it’s dangerous, “bad”: you might get addicted to any pleasure your body can feel.

On the other hand, someone who has harness the power of feeling, even in the deep recesses of her being, becomes magnetic, powerful, whole.

Her body is not something separated from her spirituality: her body is spirituality in action.

To become whole, the goal is to integrate your Higher Self into the matter. And if you are avoiding the matter (your body), it’s as if you’re disconnecting yourself.

Never forget that your body, this earthly life, is a gift from Source: it is meant to be enjoyed, loved, felt… deeply.
