I wear many hats!

From being a high school teacher and a certified yoga instructor to a certified coach with RMT (Tony Robbins and Cloe Madanes), a research assistant while at university, even selling life insurance, and working many years working in the restaurant industry, I've traveled many roads in my exploration of life. Listing all the studies I've pursued or the jobs I've held would take pages, but they wouldn’t fully capture who I am.

The common thread does.

I'm someone who loves learning about life because I believe everything is interconnected—many facets of the same Being. To me, learning about life is learning about the divine.

I've studied and worked in various fields, yet my natural curiosity remains unquenched. I believe curiosity is one of the most precious qualities for a thriving life; with a healthy curiosity, boredom is nearly impossible.

This curiosity is deeply tied to love—a love for Life that drives me to understand it more profoundly.

My love for learning was sparked in childhood by my mom, but also by a story I read about a remarkable man who spoke of "God."

The catch was, "God" came without much explanation. As someone raised outside of any religious framework (with atheist parents), I had never even known the concept existed. So, I had to form my own conclusions about "It”, because… how can one live in harmony with the divine without knowing what "It" is?

Thus, the quest began when I was three years old.

Between ages 20 and 35 though, the road got quite bumpy, and I lost some faith in my beliefs—until I encountered Tony Robbins.

Although there are differences between his perspective and mine, they share some common ground:

- Live without fear and don't be limited by negativity.

- Nurture the Love within, and let it overflow to make the world a better place.

- Become the master of your Self and, therefore, of your destiny.

- Discover your potential: live in accordance with your Highest Ideal.

- You have the power to choose your states and how you react to challenges and others' behavior.

- Don't let your past define your future: you have the power to overcome any challenges with love, openness, forgiveness, creativity and joy.

- Be congruent: it's the path to happiness.

- Your beliefs, the meaning you give to events, and the values you choose are all within you; external validation isn’t necessary.

- We need structure to become who we want to be and to stay congruent, no matter the environment or circumstances.

My approach blends the serenity of a peaceful heart with the courage to challenge the status quo.

My path is one where we honor our true selves while daring to be different—authentically ourselves. Here, you’ll find resources, insights, and inspiration to help you navigate life’s journey with grace and determination.

I believe...

  • In a Higher Power that is Unconditional Love, intelligent, omnipresent, omnipotent and omniscient

    • Yet... You don't have to believe in anything to feel it! Love is enough!

  • Everyone has the potential to live within that feeling of Harmony

  • We find greater aliveness in the silence of our mind (it's a wonderful tool, not your master!)

  • I believe in the power of inner peace to drive meaningful change

  • We all have the power to implement within ourselves a structure that allows us to be fulfilled, blissful and happy

  • No matter the events, the environment or the people around us, we have the power to choose our happiness at every moment

My values

  • Truth and honesty: you can only know where you stand, what you need to change or even true love by being honest and true

  • Courage, as it takes a lot of it to navigate this chaotic world without losing your faith (in humanity, in love, in you, in a Highest Ideal)

  • Compassion: the understanding that everyone is acting in order to fulfill a need, combined with the deep certainty that if I would have been this person, I would have acted in the exact same way

  • Kindness: even if it means to tell the truth! Caring for others doesn't mean to let them suffer and not tell the truth, quite the opposite. Yet, creating occasions to simply be kind makes our heart softer, more opened.

  • Reason: The path to happiness is through truth and clarity. Once we're coherent, that we've built a structure that support our Highest Ideal, we can reach levels of happiness that are unmatched.

I stand for...

  • LOVE!
There are no limits when it comes to love, except maybe in the expressions of love... Some people seem confused as to how to show their feelings...

  • Logic. Even though my starting point could seem illogical (a Higher Being who cares about our small, little lives), everything has to be coherent, including who we choose to be.

  • The right to make mistakes, to try things even if we don't succeed, to fail... and to forgive ourselves (and others)

  • The right to choose ourselves anew, to let go of the past, to move forward no matter who's around in our life, who hurt us, and what mistakes we've made

  • The beauty of humanity, of every human, and the cheering and supporting of every person who chooses to live according to their Highest Ideal
